Main functions:
- Proactively seek out new business, locally and internationally (by phone, Sales visits, Trade Shows, Fairs, etc.)
- Maximize lead generation (new and existing business). Proper follow ups liaising with Contracting Team.
- Analyze local market and trends
- Organize Hotel show arounds and commercial visits to current and potential customers of the hotel,
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis.
- Assist the Contracting Team when needed in order to guarantee that the proper proposals are sent.
- Proactively follow up on all the event leads and gather information about their needs and decisions.
- Give support in the preparation of PR Events that take place in the hotel.
- Account Management. Responsible for specific accounts (DMC’s, Corporate, Associations, etc.)
- Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in hotel promotional activities.

Specific Knowledge:
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
- Availability to Travel (Nationally and Internationally)
- Strong Commercial skills. Sales & Negotiation skills and techniques.
- Highly valued knowledge of hotel management systems. Ideally SAP.
- Knowledge of different hotel segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, etc.).
Profesional Experience:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
Education:
- Preferably Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business.
