• Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests.
• Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations.
• Use the Hotel’s POS system proficiently to manage orders and transactions.
• Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
