We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Butler Manager to lead our butler team, ensuring our guests enjoy personalized, seamless, and memorable stays from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Butler Department, ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with resort standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of professional butlers to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and personalized guest experiences.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and complaint resolution with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through continuous quality improvements.
- Monitor performance, schedule staff, and manage departmental budgets efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury resorts or hotels.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a multicultural team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and guest-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
