• Preparing the wishes of regular guests on arrival together with the room attendants
• Making up the beds in the hotel rooms in the evening
• General cleaning tasks
• Responsible for technical matters on the floor
• Luggage transport for arrivals and departures
• Close cooperation with the lingerie department
• Fulfilling any guest requests
• Compliance with and implementation of standards
• Keeping the corridor and public areas clean
• Prepare and distribute mini bar and welcome amenities
• Clear snow if necessary
