- Ensure the Room Ross booking system is always accurate and up to date.
- Manage guest billing and invoicing with precision.
2. Operational Management:
- Communicate clearly and professionally — both written and spoken.

- Support F&B service as needed, including breakfast, après-ski, or dinner.
- Maintain immaculate personal presentation and hygiene.
- Demonstrate a flexible, can-do attitude — stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, courteously, and in line with Seasons Collection policies.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
- Support marketing activities and special promotions when needed to enhance the Seasons Collection brand.
4. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols for staff and guests.
- Address any issues related to legal compliance and property regulations.
Qualifications:

- Natural warmth and genuine care for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good financial awareness and budgeting confidence.
- A professional attitude and a flexible, proactive approach.
- Japanese language skills are an advantage but not essential.
Work Conditions:
- This role will require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
