Duties and Responsibilities
As Steward, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Soak, pre-wash and wash all food & beverage operating equipment according to the standards set by the chief steward
- Keep dishwashing machine in a clean and functional state, reporting any apparent defect to supervisor.
- Keep dishwashing ware and all cleaning equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
- Ensures all equipment and working area are kept clean and in good working condition.
- Has a complete understanding of, and adheres to the company's policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
