Position Title: Training Manager

Lily Beach Resort & Spa, a pioneer in luxury all-inclusive experiences in the Maldives, is seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor resort-wide training programs across all departments.
- Conduct skills gap analyses and develop tailored training plans to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to enhance service standards and team performance.
- Support departmental trainers and ensure training records and compliance documentation are up to date.
- Drive the resort’s service culture, brand values, and leadership development.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, learning outcomes, and return on investment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment, preferably in the Maldives or similar destinations.
- Strong background in hospitality service standards and talent development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop training materials and use modern training tools and methodologies.
- CIPD, AHLEI, or similar certification in Learning & Development is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
