During the internship, the trainee will be responsible for assisting the F&D Manager in managing daily activities, primarily aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the Hotel's five outlets and handling public relations with guests seeking information or interested in our food and drinks offerings. The trainee will use dedicated IT systems and will have the opportunity to engage with management aspects related to budgeting and human resources.
The goal of the internship is to develop an excellent understanding of the hotel product, especially in terms of food and beverage services, and the brand standards. Willingness and motivation, a good command of the English language, dynamism, and proactiveness are required. A basic knowledge of the hospitality industry will be considered a plus.
