Challenging Adventure are now recruiting passionate Outdoor leaders starting from trainee all the way to Centre Manager to deliver high quality outdoor education experience for schools and youth groups.
Must have experience of UK way of working
Season Duration
Oct 2025 - End Feb 2026
Minimum requirements
- Previous UK / European outdoor instructor experience
- Valid DBS / Police certificate (willingness to obtain)
- First Aid certification (willingness to gain)
- Child safeguarding (willingness to gain)
- Strong communication / group leadership skills
Preferred qualification (one or more)
- SPA (Single Pitch Award)
- ML (Mountain Leader - Trained or Assessed)
- BCU/ UKCC Coach (Kayaking / Canoe)
- GNAS or equivalent (Archery)
- DofE assessor
