•Ensure all cleaning procedures and methods align with the company’s standards.
•Detect malfunctions or damages in the rooms and public areas and take appropriate actions.
•Oversee the cleaning progress of rooms and public areas.
•Be familiar with the types, locations, and layouts of rooms.
•Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Guest Relations, etc) to ensure service excellence.
•Prepare the daily schedules and shifts.
•Assist in all housekeeping related tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping or RoomDivision Manager.
