REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma as a waiter
* Preferably seven years of work experience, including two years in a la
carte restaurants
* Knowledge of three foreign languages is desirable
* Communicative, friendly, and guest-oriented
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Preparing the restaurant for regular daily operations and special
occasions
* Welcoming guests, seating them, and guiding them to their table
* Taking orders, blocking them, issuing bills, and processing payments
while serving guests with food and drinks
* Responsible for broken inventory and its replacement
* Ordering, receiving, checking, and ensuring a sufficient supply of
goods for bar operations
* Legally and financially responsible for issuing and ensuring the
accuracy of bills
* Calculating the daily revenue and cash, with a specification to be
submitted to the cash register
* Monitoring, suggesting, and implementing innovations in the profession
* Independently resolving complaints related to food and drinks
* Addressing special guest requests in collaboration with the head chef
* Knowing and applying restaurant SOPs
* Implementing safety measures and using protective equipment in the
workplace
