Silversea Cruises is part of the Royal Caribbean Group and is known for offering ultra-luxury cruises across all seven continents. With a fleet of intimate, all-suite ships and a focus on personalized service, Silversea sets the standard in luxury travel.
We are currently expanding our Manila operations and seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead hiring initiatives for key shore-based and shipboard support roles in the Philippines and globally.
What You'll Do
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, corporate, and hospitality roles.
* Partner with global teams and local leadership to forecast hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies.
* Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate offers.
* Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, job fairs, campus recruitment, and online platforms.
* Maintain a high-quality candidate experience consistent with Silversea's premium brand.
* Ensure data accuracy and process adherence in our ATS (Workday or equivalent).
* Track KPIs and recruitment metrics to report progress and identify improvements.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, cruise line, BPO, or shared services.
* Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with global hiring practices and employment standards.
* Experience using ATS platforms (Workday is a plus).

Target: Average of 45 days or less from job opening to accepted offer.
* Offer Acceptance Rate
Target: 90%+ of extended offers accepted.
* Candidate Pipeline Quality
Target: Maintain at least 3-5 qualified candidates per role in pipeline stage.
* Hiring Manager Satisfaction
Target: 85%+ satisfaction rating from post-hire surveys.
* Source of Hire Efficiency
Target: Track and increase hires from the top 3 most effective sources (e.g., LinkedIn, employee referrals, Jobstreet).
* Requisition Load Management
Target: Handle 20-30 active requisitions concurrently with minimal backlog.
* Compliance and Documentation Accuracy
Target: 100% accuracy in ATS records, interview notes, and compliance documentation.
* Internal Mobility Placements
Target: At least 10-15% of hires filled through internal movement or promotions.
* Referral Participation & Conversion
Target: Generate 15%+ of hires from employee referrals with a high offer acceptance rate. Why it matters: Leverages internal networks and builds stronger cultural fit.
* Project Duration:
* Project-based employment can be pre-terminated upon completion of the project or for a period of eleven (11) months.
