Responsibilities may include:

- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
🔹 Front Desk Operations
- Operate the property management system (PMS) to manage reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
🔹 Rooms Division Support
- Support the daily operations of Front Office, Concierge, and Bell Services
- Learn about inventory management, room assignments, and yield strategy
- Participate in training related to revenue management and guest satisfaction

- Answer phone calls and manage email correspondence
- Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
