Job Description
Responsible for the execution of the management policy in all its aspects. To organise, direct, coordinate and supervise, by delegation of the Director, all the operations of the Hotel, both in the accommodation area and in the Food and Beverage area. To coordinate and supervise the work of the department heads.
- To convene and/or participate in periodic breefings with the heads of department to inform, be informed or discuss any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring quality levels in accordance with the objectives set. Receive and attend to clients throughout their stay at the Hotel.
- Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget. To prepare the fortnightly forecast with the collaboration of all the departments involved.
- Participate in the marketing of the Hotel (TTOO, commercial visits, events, etc.) as well as in the aspects related to revenue management and e-commerce.
- Supervise together with the managers the different staff reports, staff ratios as well as participate in staff selection processes, performance monitoring and in general in any HR policy.
