PROFILE
• Customer focus is key—you excel at making sure guests always leave with a smile.
• You’ll be working in an international and social environment, and you get along well with both guests and colleagues.
• You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are flexible, like to work in a fast moving environment and value hospitality.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook. Other programs will be learned on the job.
• Being flexible with hours and weekend shifts is expected in this hotel.
• You already have your first experience working in a hotel and are looking for your next challenge.
TASKS
• As a receptionist, you welcome guests to our hotel. You are the first and last contact. When the guests are happy, you feel
satisfied and proud. You help them with questions and tips and handle reservations and payments.
• We help guests by phone, email and in person, you manage emails and prepare everything administratively for the guest's
stay.
• Your communication with the housekeeping department ensures that all rooms are tiptop for arriving guests.
• Your cash register is always accurate. You carefully follow all procedures.
• Where necessary, you jump in to help colleagues from other departments within the hotel. We work together as one team to
give the guest that little bit extra.
• Once in a while, you don't mind serving a refreshing drink or coffee.
