Job Description
We are inviting applications for a full-time Chef de Rang position at The Falls Restaurant. Ideal candidates should have food service knowledge and experience, along with a commitment to delivering 5-star service.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming attitude and exceptional service to guests.
- Report on time in the correct uniform.
- Understand fine dining service standards and menu offerings.
- Explain dishes to guests and manage food/beverage service.
- Prepare the restaurant for service, including cleaning and mise en place.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Assist in tray and room service, and deliver dishes as needed.

Qualifications
Requirements and skillsPrevious luxury experience in a similar role in a 5-star establishment.Attentiveness and patience for guestsExcellent presentation skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environmentActive listening and effective communication skillsTeam spiritFlexibility to work in shiftsPunctualityFluent English both spoken and written.This is a full-time position and is on a rostered basis, which includes weekends and evening shifts.
