This position will start in October 2025 and continue through the summer season until April 2026.
What you will do:
The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury property - and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie to join our team to create memorable and unique experiences. Duties include -
- Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
- Training, developing and supporting junior chefs.
- Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc)
- Following the guidance of the head or sous chefs and have input in new ways of
- presentation of dishes.
- Putting effort in optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
- Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards
