For our two Michelin Star Pastry Kitchen we are looking for personable, passionate and driven Pastry Demichefs de Partie
Key Responsibilities:
-Support & assist the Pastry Chef de Partie & Pastry Chef
-Step in to oversee in the Chef de Partie’s absence, maintaining the same level of quality and efficiency
-Execute mise en place and cooking tasks as per instructions
-Ensure and maintain precision, consistency and attention to detail in all pastry items
-Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of all pastry items
-Guide and train Commis Chefs, ensuring they understand and perform their tasks correctly
-Adapt to last-minute changes, special guest requests, or dietary requests with efficiency and creativity
-Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
