Purpose of the position
• Responsible for the operational management of the hotel, coordinating in particular the Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Porter and Concierge departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure maximum collaboration between all departments in his/her sector and supervise their work through daily meetings (reception and night audit, floors and wardrobe, maintenance, concierge and concierge).
• Monitor the company GRI on a daily basis (in-stay, post-stay questionnaires, social networks) and implement a strategy aimed at constantly improving the hotel's positioning on the online reputation. • Coordinate all arrivals and departures of the hotel, preparing procedures that allow everyone to be welcomed in a personalized manner, especially for important guests such as VIRTUOSO, LHW, VIP 1.
• Guide and develop the leaders of the departments assigned to him/her under direct responsibility and ensure maximum discipline and attention.
• Maintain direct contact with the head office, in particular with the Booking, MICE, Foreign, Accounting and Transfers offices.
• Responsible for carrying out all operational compliance in reference to ISO 9001, LEGIONELLA, Health & Safety, HACCP.
• Carry out regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that all departments provide excellent service in the hotel and efficiently and proactively manage guest requests.
• Ensure that the company procedures in place are implemented according to standards.
• Ensure that hotel guests are correctly registered upon arrival and that all marketing consents are collected.
• Check and supervise that check-in and check-out operations are carried out by the FO according to administrative procedures (tax receipts, invoices, tourist taxes, any discounts or special booking details).
• Take care of any debt collection operations and ensure that they are successfully completed.
• Monitor the performance of site inspections in the facility according to standards.
• Ensure the efficiency and safety of the furnishings, equipment and custody of the materials entrusted.
• Pay attention to the details of all areas of competence.
• Check the correct use of uniforms.
Supervision
• The service hours of the managers of the departments he/she manages directly, so that all shifts have professional and effective coverage.
• Every day make the rounds of all departments and relevant areas.

• Close relationship with the general management.
