Maagiri Hotel located in one of the premier locations in Male’, conveniently opposite Velana International Airport. Maagiri offers accommodation of four categories of Rooms with elegant interiors, luxurious comforts and panoramic views of the Maldivian seas.

The Hotel Provides a Coffee Shop, Restaurant and Lounge, semi-fine Dining, Meeting Rooms, and a fully equipped Gym to enhance your Maagiri experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm and personalized guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Ensure all guest needs are met promptly and professionally.
Follow Front Office and Hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Actively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and enhance their stay.
Maintain grooming standards in line with hospitality expectations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years work experience in Housekeeping and Front Office Management
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Should be a team player who can manage a multi -national team
Ability to work and communicate effectively with the team
Must have a pleasing personality and able to work independently
Highly organize and passionate about customer service
Positive with a can to Attitude
Flexible working hours, Hands on, Patient people person and service oriented
